  Rawlings 1992 constitution from my point of view is more than a rubber stamp.
  Since 1993 is Afari Gyan in charge,in which democracy is this practice in the world?.The people of Ghana go to the polls and a few selfish people decide on the fate of the nation.
  Why should the president appoint the electoral commissioner?If it is an independent institution,parliament in agreement of all the parties can appoint someone,with two thirds majority.The time of office should be limited.Even the president of the United States is subjected to congress.
  The supreme court failed to adressed one of the most important issues of our time,namely the complete transformation of the electoral system in Ghana.
