After Mills found Betty Moulds guilty of judgement debt payments the only thing he could do was to move her to the Education dept to continue her looting. Readers would recall that Betty Mounds was the one who awarded SCHOOL building contracts at a triple price of the existing contract sum of some GH 80,000.00. And this happened at a time when they claim inflation was in the single digits. Could you imargin how foolish these criminal liars were. Kuffour built similar structures with 80,000 at a time when inflation was around 14.8% and under Mills it was 240,000 at a rate of 8.8%. And these buffoons turn around to blame the fall of the cedi on some mysterious dwarfs. I don't blame those African countries that have been ripped apart by civil unrest because if you have such buffoons in power who always turn our local elections into a West Africa one
by contracting Togolese Trokosis, Burkinabe and Wangaras from La Cote D'ivoire to vote for them, the " Road To Kigare", is sometimes, a likely option to kick their ass from power.

There you go again, another UNEDUCATED LITERATE, yes we can still talk about the supreme court verdict Osei. Now, did you hear what Phillip Addison said, as at now the SC has not been able to come to terms with what REGGID election is in Ghana, even though, the SC admitted VOTING WITHOUT VERIFICATION, OVER VOTING AND UNSIGNED PINK SHEETS among others as presented by the petitioners were evidently agreed upon. The SC verdict on the petition must be followed with recommendations, the question one must ask is how can the SC do that when their corrupt deeds shall be exposed?. Ghana is sitting on a time bomb, let us pray for mother Ghana because the next election is not going to be easy should any of the loser(s) refused to concede the election results and petitioned it, only time will tell. God bless mother Ghana our beloved country.

The commonsense understanding of the SC verdict is that the SC does not declare the winner of an election and they are right since that power is constitutionally vested in the EC and EC only.
What the SC did was to operate within their legal boundaries. Constitutionally, the SC has power, if convinced that there was anything wrong with the results declared by the EC, to order the EC to do re-run or a recount or a recompilation as the court deems fit. This explains why even the minority judges who were convinced that there were irregularities at some of the polling stations did not cancel results involved as demanded by the petitioners for their candidate to be declared the winner; instead, they ordered a re-run to be done by the EC at these polling stations.
The big lesson to learn here is that, SC does not declare the winner of an election. It is therefore naive for someone to be expecting the SC to declare their candidate the winner.
