She may be an "innocent mother of a naughty hopeless guy..." but as a politician, a senior public servant and a mum she is culpable of her son's behavior. She probably would not have been dragged into all this if she was not a professional teacher. She knows the rules and regulations of the Service and is fully aware that her son is receiving his monthly salary. As a parent myself I will take full responsibility for the shameful behavior of my children. That does not mean I am endorsing their behaviors but that I share part of the blame for the behavior of my children.

The regional director, the circuit director, the district director, the headteacher and the account officers should be terminated immediately without benefits. This would serve as a deterrent to others and make all sit up to be responsible leaders.
