Inability to govern state affairs as this corrupt and thievery NDC is displaying is what you call Total Gross Incompetence that this shitty toilet newspaper should be more concerned with and writing about. Wash your paying bosses ass before you tell us ours stinks. Remember in a democracy, each and everyone of us has a choice to do or not to do what we choose to do.
