Send a signal to the kids by giving her something like running and training gear supply for the next 10 years to encourage her. Photops alone will not cut it.

We don't want her to be a waste like Juliana Ohemeng, the Abetifi Mustang who was talented medium long distance runner but couldn't get sponsors and had to drop along the way in the 1970s.

  Emphasis on the 'YOUTH". This was not the Olympics that everyone is thinking about. I encourage her to continue training, and maybe, just maybe, we can see her at the 2016 Olympics.
