The government has every right under the sun to terminate the services of a civil servant if it finds him/her wanting..and in the case of the dismissed Director of Passports, he was deemed unfit for the job for a variety of reasons.

To describe the methods being used by the government to investigate Odoi as tantamount to Police State ideology is absurd....in the western world of which Kodjoe is immensely familiar with, state security apparati are used to investigate misdeeds by civilians.

Are IMANI leaders intellectuals at all? Why do they behave as if they are Standard Four pupils? What is the expertise of IMANI that they can only criticize everything that comes out from the government? Are they experts of every discipline in the world? Or do they think all Ghanaians are fools like their followers? Are they not ashamed to realise that people from around the globe also read from Ghanaweb that they present their stupidity all the time. Why are they advocating for somebody who has been fired by his employer? There are a lot of questions that useless IMANI must answer but I rest my case here because I and many others see them as just a political propaganda wing of a particular party.

IMANI or whoever can't give government ultimatum to implement decisions. IMANI should have seen looked at how officials and departments work and give recommendation rather than wait until the worst thing happens.
