So if Gov't knew they were going to pay, why did they waste everybody's time.

It is up to government to pay these allowances to deserving professsionals, and certainly lecturers are among them

We are tired of utag and gov't. They can do whatever they like

Teaching nothing and collecting fat envelopes from students, giving them marks, failing the poor and orphan children, God will punish this UTAG Teachers one by one.
