  In my little opinion, government should invest more money into Agriculture. More of our money can be used to send serious people to a country like china so they can learn modern and efficient farming methods. We seiously need food security. Mr president, if people have enough to eat, you will hear no noise in your ear.
  Another aspect is the YES fund. Am really humbeld to ask this; if I receive that money and its time to refund and everyone begins to say go for Woyome money first, what will happen? What happened to the youth in agric projects? If our own people cannot sustain government projects, Mr President, please go for the Chinese. You know they are serious and discipline.
  Also about the new airline, Mr President I think is not looking at what he can benefit from the grassroot or the ordinary citizenery if he invests that money in them. We dont need luxury now.
  Nothing will be the result of our efforts as a country if corruption is not tackled. Here in china, the major of one one the heibei branches of bank of china was jailed for 15 years only for slowing development. His picture is posted in the bank until he is released. He did not spend money but just not releasing fund freely and timingly. But we see more crime in our politics. You can't love the country if you think of wining the next election. Your deeds must speak for you.
  About the affordable housing project government wants to roll out, part of that money can be used to complete Ex-President Kufour‘s affordable houses. The money realised then taken back to the new project. Those houses when completed should be sold for only a number of years so that after that number of years, the house is still the property of the state. Thank you for reading.

  This briain- child of Brazil is the rage.
  
  In New York City's governance,city council residents can participate in the direction of their disritct council's alloted budgets for both capital and discretionary funding.In my district council 7- a very progressive district with a progressive district concilman- we meet, mostly political activists, to deliberate on the social and economic developments in the district and the process of funding such projects.The political wisdom is, residents should take an ownership interest in their own being and development.The country has a 200 years experience so I don't poo-pooh the difficulty for an emerging country like Ghana, but like they say, paraphrasing, " the wheels are already there, don't reivent it."
  
  So, I hope Ghana's embrace of this Brazilian Government-conceived concept of citizenry govenment participation is for real. And, that all the districts- Suhum Craboa Coaltar, for instnce, will also embrace it.
  
  There's nothing better in a democracy than an engaged cutizenry; they take ownership of their lives with the resultant pride in their country and it's domains.
