In Ghana anything is possible. The npp must ensure people of integrity are representing them at the polling stations. Additional observers from other regions shd be drafted to ensure no one can be bribed

Finally, a very ugly judge who should have known that you may be a lawyer but have the right to acess your counsel decided to give an ugly judgement based on her supposition that a lawyer can defend him/herself.

Yet Ghanaians continue to call this legal luminary a thief?

If the former head of state thought it was justice at play, why did he at the last moment decide to pardon him.

Remember Mr Tsatsu still continued to fight for this redress while he was imprisoned unfairly!!!

Mamudu Bawumia was used and Nana who was the candidate was cowardly lurking in the background waiting to reap should judgement come their way.

Lawyer Tsikata is the only genuine learned man I know.

It's unbelievable that Nana as a lawyer, if he's really good as his supporters want to hype him would stoop so low without knowing that once election results are gazzetted and the Chief Justice sworn the President into Office, then it becomes extremely difficult for the same Chief Justice to turn round and preside over a bogus petition as the one from NPP. Chief Justice Georgina Wood was too smart for NPP's foolish act. She knew they wanted to use her and quickly excused herself. No doubt, they attacked the very court and Justices they run to i order to be saved when they realised their case was falling apart.

Instead of NPP apologising to civilised Ghanaians for wasting eight (8) unproductive, costly and scaring investors away, we hear we hear the usual nonsense that Nana should be awarded a medal for not declaring war. But, what stopped him in the first place if not for fear of being carted like cargo to the Hague.

(ii) ARE YOU AGAINST PERFECTION AND IMPROVEMENTS TO AVERT FUTURE OCCURRENCES OF SUCH UNFORTUNATE SITUATIONS IN GHANA BY IMBIBING THE CULTURE AND VALUES OF DEMOCRACY?
(iii) DIDN'T YOU LEARN ANY RELATED LESSONS THAT YOUR FAILURE, NEGLECT AND REFUSAL TO RAISE PRELIMINARY OBJECTIONS TO THE PETITION BASED UPON THE PROVISIONS OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION THAT THE CONSTITUTIONAL LEGAL ARGUMENTS COULD BE ADDUCED OR CANVASSED AT THE SUPREME COURT THAT PURPORTED LED YOU TO THE TIRESOME PROCESS AS YOU ALLEGED?
(iv) THAT YOU PURPORTED TO CALL OR LABEL ME AT THE SUPREME COURT WHEN I HELD THE "AMICUS CURIAE" BRIEFS THAT I DULY FILED, PAID THE APPROPRIATE FILING FEES TO THE COURT AND YOU WERE DULY SERVED WITH AND THE CASES SLATTED AT THE COURT CALENDAR AND DULY CALLED THAT THEREAFTER I MADE THE CASE BASED UPON THE PROVISIONS OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION TO DRAW THE KIND ATTENTION OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE RELEVANT PROVISIONS OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION AND RELEVANT CASE LAWS OR LEGAL PRECEDENTS THAT THE SUPREME COURT OUGHT TO HAVE FIRST MADE A DETERMINATION(S) ON BEFORE ALLOWING THE PETITION YOU AS COUNSEL FOR THE NDC PURPORTED SUBMITTED TO THE COURT THAT THE ISSUES HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH "ARTICLES, CLAUSES AND SECTIONS BUT WITH SOMEONE WHO IS AN INTERMEDDLER" AND THAT H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA HAS A COMPETENT COUNSEL WHO IS/WAS CAPABLE TO DEFEND THE PRESIDENT AND THEREFORE THE MOTION TO BE DISMISSED' THAT I MADE THE SUBMISSION THAT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 57 CLAUSES (4,5 &6)PROVIDED AS FOLLOWS AMONG OTHERS THAT "S SITTING PRESIDENT OF GHANA WHILE IN OFFICE SHALL NOT BE SUED IN ANY CIVIL OR CRIMINAL MATTERS IN ANY COURT OF GHANA----"
THAT HAVEN'T YOU UPTIL NOW LEARNED ANY LESSONS, THERETO AND TO CHANGE FROM THE EVALUATION OF "PINK SHEETS" TO MAKING SERIOUS LEGAL ARGUMENTS BUT YOU STILL CLAIMED YOU WOULD DO THE SAME?
HOWEVER, IT IS MY FERVENT PRAYER THAT SUCH THINGS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN IN GHANA AND THAT GHANAIANS WILL IMBIBE THE CULTURE AND VALUES OF DEMOCRACY AND TO ACCEPT AND CONCEDE DEFEAT GRACIOUSLY.

Tsatsu, if you were worth your salt, you would have realised the conflict of interest position in which Atuguba was. It is amazing that he did not find it fit for him to recuse himself, and you did not and still do not see anything wrong with it. Granted, it was for the NPP to contest the participation of Atuguba in the hearing to get him kicked off the panel, but as a lawyer, you should not, by your utterances, support the clear case of undermining the integrity (what is left) of the judicial system. For that reason, if I were you, I would not gloat over the verdict. Right or wrong, Atuguba's participation tainted the verdict. In addition, some of us who are lawyers were not too impressed with your performance at the hearing, with your obvious delaying tactics.
