    This also means that the economics statistics presented to Ghanaians during the Kuffour regime was also questionable. There is no way that can be correct too, lets go back and scrutinize things you would find a can of worms.

    Where do we use book value to calculate inflation? This is not accounting and even under accounting market value is used to calculate inflation.

    Simple economics will tell you that, currency rate = inflation rate.. Therefore, based on the cedi depreciation year to date, I predict Ghanas inflation to be 36%.

    They are using the wrong items to calculate the inflating. Example they should use cement prices instead of rent because people pay rent in advance so it doesn't change that often.
