What I detest is some Ewes like Wayome committing humongous fraud against Ghana and investing the proceeds of his crime in Togo. There seems to be opportunistic citizenship among some Ewes in Ghana. They seem to value their Ewe extraction more than their Ghanaian citizenship. I am all for people being proud of their tribe and culture but total loyalty to ones' Nation is equally important

  The last time I checked, Woyome did not spend a cent of his money to benefit any Ewe. Akans were his good friends. As a matter of fact, he gave a Toyota RAV4 to the General Secretary of the NPP, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, aka Sir John. He's not Ewe. It is therefore stupid of you to accuse Ewes of repatriating Ghana's wealth in Togo on account of Woyome. You have no basis for such a crass statement.
  Further, if any one values their ethnicity more than Ghanaian citizenship, it is Akans, and I presume you're one, judging by your visceral reaction to news of Ewes helping themselves. Your people are the only people whose grandfathers fought against Kwame Nkrumah's attempt to build a united Ghana. Does matemeho ring a bell with you. That's what you stand for; a separate identity and autonomy for your tribe. I advice you to go learn your history well before you begin to talk about Ewes valuing their ethnic extraction more than Ghanaian citizenship. You have a log in your eyes, remove it first before you point at the speck in the eyes of Ewes.
  Now, hurry up and go start voluntary project in your village, like Ewes are doing with CEANA. Bye.
