The President is reported to have tasked CEDECOM to come up with a strategic plan for the economic development of central region. The President's statement is as empty as asking the dead to provide for the needs of the living. Is the president aware that CEDECOM is living on its past glory; that the institution he has placed his trust in is as dead and useless as a dead penis. If mahama is serious he should visit CEDCOM himself and interact with the staff there, or he can quietly send some people there to do under cover investigation for him. Not long ago, his ex-Senior Policy Advisor, Sulley Gariba, and a team prepared a strategic plan for CEDECOM. For this plan AMA BEYIWA DOE, paid the team forty million old Ghana cedis. The implementation of this strategic plan for the past five years has not had any positive impact on the fortunes of CEDECOM. CEDECOM has rather declined and has ben forgotten even by the people of Cape Coast. It is even common for people of cape coast to ask whether " CEDECOM STILL EXISTS". The staff receive their monthly salaries for no work done. Is this the institution mahama has placed so much confidence. Clearly, mahama is out of touch with reality.

If these fucking Ghanaian chiefs can fork out so much money to adorn themselves on such a useless celebration, why not save and use those monies to develop the rotten town of Cape Coast for the good of all Ghanaians, including the chiefs themselves.
