  VRA must charge electricity in kilowatt hours. How much is 1 kilowatt of electricity??

  Gentlemen, if this note is to reach you, I respectfully beg to differ on your power increase assessment. A typical start-up of even 1000 MW unit (or cumulative) could take almost a year to work through all the bugs related to a new unit before fully coming online and that's by highly experienced team. 20+ yrs in power will give free advice 020-781-4444
