    Teachers contribute money for them when they come on inspection. They are therefore not hard on teachers.

    If teachers are not teaching but doing something else, why keep and pay them? Supervision is part of leadership if we are thinking straight. I maintain he is on something.

    I was a good science teacher/supervisor but was frustrated when I had to use my money for t&t to go and supervise science teachers in over 300 schools for six months and the GES never paid this money till I left Ghana in 2010 ...
