The best solution is not to deal leniently with a journalist. Knock out a few of their teeth, or break a jaw or two, or better still crack that stupid skull. After all the hysteria will be the same!!

Two men were adrift in a lifeboat following a dramatic escape from a burning freight vessel. While rummaging through the boat's provisions, one of the men stumbled across an old lamp.

Secretly hoping that a dwarf would appear, he rubbed the lamp vigorously. To the amazement of the castaways, one did come forth. This particular dwarf, however, stated that he could only deliver one wish, not the standard three.

Without giving much thought to the matter the man blurted out, "Make the entire ocean into beer!" Immediately the Genie clapped his hands with a deafening crash, and the entire sea turned into the finest brew ever sampled by mortals.

Simultaneously, the dwarf vanished to his freedom. Only the gentle lapping of beer on the hull broke the stillness as the two men considered their circumstances. The other man looked disgustedly at the one whose wish had been granted.

After a long, tension-filled moment, he spoke: "Nice going! Now we're going to have to pee in the boat."

The pastor started by saying that if he had all the powers, he would make sure that all hard drinks are thrown into the river behind the church. He continued. If preaching that if he had all the power, all beer, Palmwine, Odoka. Pito and all alcoholic drinks will be thrown into the river behind the church. He brought his sermon to a close and asked the choirmaster to get the choir to give the closing hymn. Immediately he was on his feet and got the choir to stand. If you have anything to say, tell your colleagues in the interior ministry to get the law enforcement agencies to invite Asamoah Gyan and all the other persons who witnessed what happened on that faithful day in June to make statements that the agencies can use to trace the whereabouts of the two missing Ghanaians. That is what you are paid to do - to protect the welfare and well-being of Ghanaians. Otherwise just learn to shut your sharp teeth until you are required to open them again!

However, journalist must display respect and be circumspect in the circumstances. Much as I don not condone to the attack I strongly feel that Daniel Kenu without doubt asked the wrong question. The death or the disappearance of Castro and his female friend must not be treated lightly but rather with sensitivity to all those concern. Our journalist must show respect and professionalism in all their duties.
