I smell collusion in a bid to cover their tracks. If the amount paid them is a sixth of what is owed them, what has prevented them from collecting their money? These people charged the Ministry GHC34 per head and when the Ministry claimed $35 per head, they want to claim their share. Who said $10.00 per head per day is not sufficient in Brazil? Even in the United States, this will be enough.

In court we don't go there with emotions and believe but with documentary evidence to prove your case. The Commission Chairman should not entertain this joker of a Counsel's nonsense.
