Whey didn't they construct underground gutters?, Whey didn't they construct sewage system, public rest rooms, or helped enact laws that force all public and private places to have their own rest rooms. Towns and Cities in Ghana don't even have public landfill facilities. There is no trash cans in the streets and because of that, people throw trash everywhere. No rest stations on the major highways. Public buses don't have rest rooms, etc. There are so many issues that I don't even time to talk about them here. God bless Ghana.
