Because when you leave home with your friend to visit anywhere and he disappears you are liable to account for your companion and answerable to society for his whereabouts. That is why when someone is murdered the first suspects are close friends, wife, husband, and closest people. They are most likely to provides clues and cues of events leading to a good investigation.

We are each others keeper. Society makes us answerable for each other otherwise life will be disorderly. Asamoah Gyan has to answer questions and must be treated as a suspect until the real facts are known. That is how common sense investigation proceeds.

If Castro had gone to Ada with his father and disappeared; his father would have been prime suspect.

Common sense eludes Ghanaians and Africans; that is why diseases and all kinds of organism easily find fertile ground and kill you in droves. No wonder cholera is rampant in Ghanaian cities in this modern day and age. What a pitiful creatures.

How is investigation properly conducted? When subject A and subject B- be they husband and wife, friends or family - go on an errand and one disappears; who should be chief suspect to provide information and cues in the investigation?

Asamoah Gyan in particular, for being astro's friend, but also all who went with Castro are chief suspects, and must be questioned from different angles and by different people for cues and cross verification and discrepancies until enough cues are collected to provide relevant cues. That is how rational investigation forms.
