  Just close down that so called authority and stop paying people for no work done.

  Europe, America and China has a very strong Economy because, they have strong integrated identification system. For ICT to help Ghanaians we need to have a strong Identification system. We need to focus on making VoterID Card, Passport and NHIS Card integrated and strong to be used for anything. The identification authority does not need to create any cards again because we already we them in the system. Its just a matter of integration.

  What is rotten in Ghana, at all? Why are we HURTING ourselves with all these selfishness and foolishness and ignorance and unpatriotic behaviours by people who are employed to help us move forward and develope.These are NOT good signs that we can progress like other countries which we envy and could even surpass if we were honest.We are blessed with a lot of natural resources and it is sad that people do not think about the nation but rather their pockets which does NOT lead anybody and their bloody selves any good.Too bad for GHANA.

  IF A GOVT AGENCY CAN'T CLEAR GOODS AT THE PORT, THEN THE COUNTRY IS REALLY SINKING. HOW CAN A POOR SMALL SCALE BUSINESS MAN CLEAR HIS GOODS FROM THESE CORRUPT NDC OFFICIALS?

  Yes I was at the Immigrations Office to renew my visa, and they made me pay my fee in dollars or the cedi equivalent there of before they issued me a NID and subsequently extended my visa.

  Is seems like nothing,l mean absolutely nothing is working normally in tbis Ghana.ls it a Spell or what?.......Greedy,stupid,crimnal,corrupt and nation wreckers all over the place....The Woyomes are multiplying and infesting too quickly and the earlier we prevent these madness the better.l was one of the guys hired during registration.The frustration people went through just to get their names registered wasn't easy.The govt had to extend the deadline for the registration and millions of poor taxpayers money went down the drain.So after all these hardships people went through Mahama is looking on unconcern for criminals to destroy the exercise?...no way !!!!

  Ghanaian journalist are absolute useless, many of them and they simply do the bidding of their political masters. If they really care, they would investigated how much funding has NIA received over the years to see whether you can even run comm centre with such allocation let a lone national ID system. When the world is on 10 finger print, morpho is on 4, they are out of date and better scraping it than fixing. The FIMS is pure private investment with no Kobo from government and yet has been the biggest contributor to NIA's IGF. Journalist should report accurate facts and should not always trust so called deep throats because in Ghana people have no national interest but selfish interest. Without private partnership, NIA CANNOT deliver National ID system, PERIOD.

  NIA has failed Ghanaians because Kufuor administration for the first place awarded NIA contract to a bogus French company, Sagem with limited specialty in ID technology. A company that was driven away from Nigeria for incompetency and alleged bribery to Nigeria former Minister of Works and Houston in attempt to win a similar bid in Nigeria. NDC took over with the rot already established and further supervised its demise under the watchful eyes of Ahadzi. Government should set up an immediate commission of inquiry to unearth the root cause of the current rot and take action immediately. Ghanaians deserve better!
