  Should this be considered an achievement on the part of the Ghana government? The government is the first entity to settle accounts for the economy to function . What an achievement!!!!!!

  very shameful, there's no need anooucing it. Also check the difference between the caption and what you have written, meaning, it hasn't been paid yet, another PROPAGANDA?
