This was Tsatsu's student and girlfriend and was put up by Tsatsu in a paid apartment in New York for years. It does not surprise me, but she is not the only one doing the foolishness and getting away with it. Mamle Coffie (former ambassador to China, Mills appointed) stayed in a Ghana government paid hotel in China for years because she did not think the residence was good enough for her without renovations. The whole CHRAJ agency ought to be scrapped, these agencies are created just to give the NDC girls and boys the opportunity to loot. What good is an agency where the head can be gone for months, I doubt if those left behind are working anyway and if working, on what? This bullcrap is happening all over the place so not sure why this guy is acting shocked.

There are many fields where Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.

Count the number of Ghana's state employees, who get all these for free, and see how much of the loans Ghana takes that get spent on those people's housing, utilities, cars, drivers, personal assistants, and "macohmen" and "machowomen". She ought to be ashamed of herself. Would she pay $5,500 a month to rent a place had it been her own money ? The lady couldn't even afford her own place after her mother traveled to the USA as she alluded to on joy fm today. This is the individual mandated to check other public officials to use our scarce resources prudently. Justice Short said today the bungalow was habitable when he left but this lady who didn't have a pot to piss in, wants to live in luxury at our expense. God help us.
