No matter how rotten your mouth is you may insult anyone who disagrees with you but the truth of the matter is the NPP will still cry wolf-wolf-wolf anytime it is losing elections. There are representatives of all political parties and election observers in the so-called Strong Room to check and collate the results from the regions before they are certified by the EC Chairman. What prevents the party reps from doing playing their watchdog rolls? This so-called research fellow is a P1 academic because he basis his recommendations on "perceptions" rather than hard scientific facts of manipulations of election results in the Strong Room to favor any political party.

Some of these people make me wonder. Why? What is the difference between strong room and collation centre. The results passes through district collation centres through regional collation centres and each of these centres have their strong rooms where each political party has its own agents which crosscheck the results from their operationalised centres before they signed. When the results get to the national collation centre as Gyampo wants us to believe but we call it strong room, the representatives cross check again from their regional offices and signed before the results are given to the chairman of EC to also cross check and declare results. Please if it is for NPP petition then forget. Because this is the best system. The whole results from the election were similar to all the other ressults collated by other third parties even radio stations. I think we have to live beyond this. What is this? Masa if you lost and election, you lost it and den come and give us such crap. I wonder such people have really involve themselves in Ghana elections since 1992 and will realise the most credibe election ever since the 4th republic was 2012 election.

I am really surprised and disappointed at the suggestion being made by this Doctor. To acknowledge 'The strong room' as where election results are received and collated under the full supervision of representatives of political parties but describe it a place that conjures negative and derogatory image betrays his sence of reasoning.Our learned Doctor only wants a scenario where a losing political party can run riot after the forthcoming elections. The EC should retain the strong room concept.

Hiding behind their Think Tanks and Institutions in order to play their dirty political game will not work.

IEA can force EC to cite it's Head Office/Election centre in the palace of Okyehene or Baba Yara Stadium, Nana will still lose. On the other hand i think IEA has not gone enough. I will propose they invite the Jesus Christ to be the Electoral Commissioner.

The EC should get ready for sweeping reforms. Anybody who stands in the way of transparency and accountability will be sacrificed to the home of the dead. Ghanaians are not ready to go through the same or similar experience they went through after the election of 2012.
The Strong Room should be abolished entirely from now. The collation and compilation of results should be as transparent as broad day light.
Laws are made for human beings and not human beings for the law.Any provision in relating to elections which does not meet transparency and accountability should immediately be abolished. For me 2015 should be a year for sweeping reforms in our elections;nothing more or less.Any president elected should be truely elected by the people. No more imposition from now.
