    I don't want an ex-convict as a policeman or bank cashier. How would u like it if a person with questionable character is dealing with the public. What can they possible instill in people. Expertise in criminal activity?

    That's right, to work where? There is no job even for university graduates and you are talking about ex convicts.
    So where do you suggest we should employ ex convicts?.In the police service?.maybe in your house as security ...

    Get one and put him in-charge of your house and farms and make him signatory to your bank account as well.

    Apart from politicians who are the state employing? The state has no jobs except political appointments and ex-convicts are not excluded. Many ex-cons are gainfully employed in the current government.

    However, I would like to advise you to equip them with skills so they can work for themselves: farming, pottery, block/brick making, craft, tie-dye, etc.
