Either the posted color photos are the folks that have already fallen victims and or these are the photos of the crooks behind this scheme. BTW, the last registration requirement indicated " 5. One recent color passport photo."

I graduated from University of Arkansas in May 2011.

I personally know Michael Freeman, who is Head of the Office of Internatinal Students & Scholars.

I dont think the University will have a program like that.

Just get at least 2nd class upper, from Mathematics, Statistics, Chemistry, Physics, Operations Research, and good TOEFL and GRE scores and apply for funding!! Period!!

They even got the name of one of the universities in Texas supposed to be in the program, wrong. It has all features of a scam and I hope no one falls for it.

People without brains will fall for this trick. If they tell you to send money to an address in Nigeria, that should alert you that it is a scam.

I met a Nigerian soldier in Liberia and we became friends. Later, after this guy had left the mission area, he was sending me emails recommending me to join a certain group which l did reluctantly. What followed that were sham emails asking me to assist to transfer huge amounts of dollars from one war-torn country to another. But don't forget that if you agree to 'help', you will be asked to make payment in dollars for processing of documents and that is where you are going to REGRET paying that money so as for me I don't want to get close to any Nigerian oooohhhh ton!
