    The rates could have been taken from Ghana News Agency (GNA) and Zongo Lane on the black market. They are nearer home and would have given the figures on the ground. No wonder

    Ghanaian banks also get their rates from Reuters yet their rates are hugely different from that of BoG. Clearly there is an element of fraud in the official rates provided by BoG.
