Let him be banned from the West.After all Rawlings is a Ghanaian and not stateless.I wish he will continue to criticise the West especially America which believes that it is above international laws and that all nations must bow to it.Now Africa is being rapidly colonised by the West.As Osagyefo said 'colonialism comes in different forms'.The West is using terrorism to recolonize africa and now Ebola has given America the chance to deepen its militarization of the continent.Are soldiers the right people to fight Ebola?The world is a very unsafe place to live in now because of the policies of the western world.

Great Speech, has given vivid insight of what is going on in the world today. African leaders should start house cleaning exercise to have the moral courage to embrace the rising Africa, a crop of new dynamic selfless leaders are required to rise to the occasion to meet the challenge for the anticipation of the new age of African economic power. Pooling of resources, inter African trade, economic integration and co-operation should be the new order, there is strength in unity. Creation of "EXPERT GROUP" a highly discipline institution comprising of regional think-tanks, highly motivated to engage in extensive resource work to identify regional developmental needs of each Country, policy development and implementation of such policies. The advantages and disadvantages and what is required to make it work. Each Country should form a group of economist to implement the identified policies developed by the EXPERT GROUP and break it down into workable plan in the various sector and given the task at a projected time frame. Each African Country should develop the potentials identified. There should be rotation of such well developed economist between African regional development bodies so there can be healthy competitions within the managerial groups. These are the managers of the policies developed by the EXPERTS. Their work should cover all African Countries which are required to provide a proven EXPERTS. These should be the co-operation and integration agreements which every Country in Africa must append a signature. Every managerial group of a Country should produce some result with a a time period and should be encourage to continue work or be replaced. No compromise within such group members. Africa can and will develop into such magnificent economic power of the 21st and into the 22nd century. I hope someone will pick this idea up and challenge African leaders to rise to the challenges of our time.

The IMF should tell Ghanaians where he got the money from.
It is true Russia is being squeezed into isolation because of the break up of Soviet Union but remember the west is for freedom and democracy and not oppression of human life.
