Before you insult the president, you should have at least a little knowledge or understanding of how your government operates. Parliament appropriates the funds that are spent by the government. Mahama did not unilaterally decide to build a vice presidential mansion. It takes a vote by parliament to undertake any project. So, do not let your ignorance get ahead of you. What makes you better than the "pepeni' president? Show the president some respect and not use any derogatory term to refer to the president
