American team was better than before. Portugal fielded the worlds best footballer Ronaldo. The players were not as committed as before. They were more interested in money. GfA scandal and the violence all affected performance. You can't blame the coach for all these. He had two injuries just before the world cup. Players refusing to play the Portugal match and scoring own goal are all not the making of the coach. All the matured and experienced players were too old when he took over. You can't blame the coach because you are hungry for a cup. He is not a magician. It takes time to build a team. Read about Belbins team building.

If he is a very good coach he will find a job soon and prove it by performing with whichever team hires him. The Serbian coaches are not the solution. Let us give the job to a highly trained coach; if we can't find one, let's give it to another Ghanaian and give the person the same level of support and funding given to Appiah and I believe he will build on what Appiah has already done. Le's rely on our strengths for no one but only ourselves can do it.

Perfect examples are our stupid desire to believe everything foreign is better than ours. Lets put our leaders negotiating skills to test and ask how they borrow on behalf of the nation for projects. One will only see or hear yes to all answers to quedstion posed by the foreign expert without due regard to research.
I weep when i see our people betrayed by our stupid deeds due to jealousy and inferiority.

Milo has even realized that we have become more STUPID than before....by flying millions of dollars (CASH) to our players who held our nation to ransom......So, he also instigates the sacking of Kwesi Appiah to come over and demand $70,000 a month wages. OH! GHANAIANS? WHEN ARE WE EVER GOING TO GET IT?????????

HOW STUPID can WE continue to be? Don't we have any SHAME? And don't we ever learn????????

After all, how many foreign coaches have won anything for the Black Stars??? It's always been OUR OWN LOCAL COACHES!!!!!!

GFA must do their due diligence and not jump from the frying pan to fire.
The whole GFA must be dissolved. Or the sports minister should go.

I think Appiah was for administrative purpose included in the first 32 coaches because he was just one of the coaches who coached a team at the world cup.

I am trying to be a teacher here, my first job in the mid 70s. The heading is NATIONAL TEAM COACHES, and so if a coach is as good as "Heaven" his name is not going to be on this list. And if the coaches was once a national team coach and is currently unemployed , no matter how good he is, he is not going to rank high on this list.

So if AA is higher than all those guys that does not mean he is better than those below him.

Can anyone tell me that Stephen Keshi is better than old man, Ottmar Hitzfeld, D. Deschamps, Fabio Capello or R. Hodgson? Please get real.

Bob Bradley, on the list is higher than AA, meanwhile Appiahs boys whipped Bradleys guys to win a place in the WC. So in essence, this list is a joke to start with.
