The United Cadres Front(UCF) is the mother of all corruption. During Atta Mills' regime they and their founder,JJ Rawlings, were always on the neck of the Prof for negleting them. Now in Mahama's government it appears they have lost their voices in the midst of all the gargantuan corruption and misuse of state funds by Mahama and the Team B ministers who equally served under Mills. The fact is that the United Cadres Front is the recipient of the proceeds of GHOST NAMES on government pay roll.

You see the harm caused by our university graduates? They are simply useless. These are people who have no specialized skills and so if they get the least opportunity, they want to always steal enough money so that in case they lose the job they can still continue to live in their opulence. I tell you if, say, a carpenter is appointed as a CHRAJ boss and steals money, we should be sure to have a state-of-the-art carpentry workshop in one of the localities to employ the youth. This is how far our useless university education has brought us.
