  "Accountability" is a word as foreign a word to the Ghanaian politicians and political appointees as the winter season is to an African immigrant's first encounter with the season in Europe or in North America.

  Any " Right System" we put in place in Ghana, your Ewe people in Ghana since Kotoka, Agbo, Amedome, the Tsikatas, the Rawlingss and now Tekpor are there to offset it.
  Afede, remember how your subject Tsatsu Tsikata teamed up with Justice Atuguba, a Kotokoli from the northwest of Togo to subvert our judicial 'system'?
