Konadu is one coach who has distinguished himself over the years. He coached Kumasi Asante Kotoko to win the premier league; the national U23 to win All Africa Games gold; and the local Black Stars to win silver; and he was the deputy to Kwesi Appiah. Appointing him finally will ensure continuity. Seeing how Kwesi Appiah fell, he will be a wiser coach and it is unlikely he will repeat Kwesi Appiah's mistakes by being reasonably assertive in his leadership of the team to instil discipline in the team.

Gfa was waiting for him to sign de contract,only for him to go and sign for another country.the guy cudnt even win a single match and was fired.for over 3years now he has not been into any active coaching. Again,how cud they hav thought of de idea of bringing him in as a technical advisor to AA. This guy thought AA every thing that he knew.everything dat AA is doing now,both gud and bad,he learnt from milo. Milo has nothing knew to bring to our black stars. We new a new coach who can communicate in english and will be staying in ghana to also monitor our local league,not someone who will be staying in hihis country and only come to ghana wen there is a match.
