I PRAY THAT THIS CARD IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR NATIONAL HEALTH CARDS ISSUED TO TOGOLESE FOR VOTER REGISTRATION. THE SUPREME COURT HAS RULED THE HEALTH CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THE REGISTRATION OF VOTERS. GHANAIANS NEED A CARD THAT CAN BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES INCLUDING VOTING. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE MADE TO QUEUE BUT BE ISSUED WITH THE CARDS IN THEIR HOMES AND PLACES OF WORK, AS IS DONE IN CENSUS.

Only in Ghana will we have multiple agencies registering people. Why can't NIA register everybody and indicate Ghanaian and non-Ghanaian. Simple as that.

It bribed top officials in Nigeria and Fomer President Obassnjo sacked them yet Kufour Government awarded them this important and sensitive project. The Media inquiries should start the failure of NIA from that point. Money changed hands for that award!

As for Dr. Cobbah, he's such a useless baffoon being used by the Trust Tower Mafia, he had a great opportunity to emerge a super hero but he fell straight into their trap.
