We all know that if you have a head over your shoulder we don't need Presidential Commission of Inquiry to tell us that. GFA and MYOS screwed up and no one want to accept responsibilities. Waste of our money.

His sacking is therefore never fair and justified. It is only some people who don`t understand the game very well who cried for him to go. He is gone and we will all regret one day that it was unfair and improper to sack him! AA,please stay your usual cool way and enjoy your days. They would surely turn back to you one day!

He failed at the last AFCON and last WC. Do we maintain mediocrity just because he is Ghanaian? I beg to differ. Let's get a coach who can lead and control the dressing room effectively. We have been forced to endure serious emotional distress for far too long.

Take your firing with class and move on.

Dzamefe, it's not your job as judge to express your personal feelings DURING evidence-gathering.

Your job is to gather information as to what the goings-on were before and during the WC, express your views in your report AFTER your work, AND THEN make recommendations for justice and for avoidance of recurrence.

"The chairman also declared that his commission will make sure systems are improved to ensure such an episode never recurs".

How?
You are not the GFA.
You (even the President of the Republic), have no executive authority over the GFA.

That means you can't force the GFA to make any changes, so how are you going to make sure? Just noise or just something to placate Appiah?

Akwasi Appiah trained and presented a most powerful team for the World Cup 2014 in Brazil. Unfortunately the boys could not play to the best of their ability due to the failure of officials of the GFA and the Ministry of Sports to fulfil their moral responsibility towards the Black Star players and Ghana as a whole. The coach is merely being used as a scapegoat to cover up the corruption of these officials. Time and time again, the boys are hoodwinked into believing their bonuses would paid after the games but don't receive them or are not paid in full. As we speak, the Sports Ministry still has not fully settled player bonuses to the U-17 and U-20 teams. When will this crass and disgraceful behavior on the part officials ever end? Listen to Akwasi Appiah and Steven Appiah and give the coach back his job now. He is the finest we have got in a long, long time. Afriyie Ankrah and Kwasi Nyantakyi are rather the ones who should lose their jobs.
