It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution...

Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

But Moses challenged God's decision and told God to repent. God indeed changed His mind. The emphasis with the Christian God is understanding and relationship and not submission. Look, every culture which has submission as their core believe system is backwards in everything e.g. Africa. I love my Muslims because I know they want to do the right thing but they must know God is love, full of mercy and He wants us to understand Him and walk in love. Sahih al-Bukhari 2617—A Jewess brought a poisoned (cooked) sheep for the Prophet who ate from it. She was brought to the Prophet and was asked, “Shall we kill her?” He said, “No.” Anas added: “I continued to see the effect of the poison on the palate of the mouth of Allah’s Messenger.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 2797—The Prophet said, . . . “By Him in Whose Hands my soul is! I would love to be martyred in Allah’s Cause and then come back to life and then get martyred, and then come back to life again and then get martyred and then come back to life again and then get martyred.”

Sahih al-Bukhari 4428—The Prophet in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O Aishah! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison.”

Sahih Muslim 5430—A Jewess came to Allah’s Messenger with poisoned mutton and he took of what had been brought to him. (When the effects of this poison were felt by him) he called for her and asked her about that, whereupon she said: I had determined to kill you. Thereupon he said: Allah will never give you the power to do it.

Sunan Abu Dawud 4498—A Jewess presented [Muhammad] at Khaibar a roasted sheep which she had poisoned. The Apostle of Allah ate of it and the people also ate. He then said: Lift your hands (from eating), for it has informed me that it is poisoned. Bishr b. al-Bara b. Ma’rur al-Ansari died. So he (the Prophet) sent for the Jewess (and said to her): What motivated you to do the work you have done? She said: If you were a prophet, it would not harm you; but if you were a king, I would rid the people of you. The Apostle of Allah then ordered regarding her and she was killed. He then said about the pain of which he died: I continued to feel pain from the morsel which I had eaten at Khaibar. This is the time when it has cut off my aorta.

Sunan Abu Dawud 4449—Umm Bishr said to the Prophet during the sickness of which he died: What do you think about your illness, Apostle of Allah? I do not think about the illness of my son except the poisoned sheep of which he had eaten with you at Khaibar. The Prophet said: And I do not think about my illness except that. This is the time when it cut off my aorta.

Sunan Ibn Majah 1622—Aishah said: “I never saw anyone suffer more pain than the Messenger of Allah.”
‘Abbas said, “It (Al-Watin) refers to the artery of the heart, and it is the vein that is attached to the heart.” This has also been said by ‘Ikrimah, Sa’id bin Jubayr, Al-Hakim, Qatadah, Ad-Dahhak, Muslim Al-Batin and Abu Sakhr Humayd bin Ziyad

When we have only a particular religious people quoting their scriptures to justify atrocities they commit against infidels in the name of their religion, there should really be something wrong with that religion.

Besides, the muslim extremists are not just a small minority for which reason their religion could be ignored in discussing their atrocities, some studies put the number at 15-20 percent of a total of 1.2 billion muslims in the world.This therefore bring their number to a region of 150-200 million people. The figure is even more frightening if you consider the fact that the extremists are winning more people from the so called moderates.

It is about time we wake up to the reality that islam is evil and is to blame for the terrorism muslims commit, rather than always trying to appease the so called moderates while the extremists continue to kill us with the hidden approval of the silent moderates who believe they rather are the victims of unfair treatment by non-muslims.

What is this ignoramus saying? Does he really understand his message? At a time that world leaders, through the international body are seeking a broad consensus to eradicate radicalism and extremism, Mahama is talking about a different thing. The nature and scope of extremism or terrorism does not in anyway lead any leader, country, or individual to think it has religious connotation. What we can say is that, certain countries support by funding extremist and rogue organizations.
What is happening in the world now, has to be confronted and wiped out with the might of all well meaning countries. Stop giving the world a homily on compassion, peace and love, being the root of world religions. There is no religious prejudice on the war US, together with the coalition of countries are waging against ISIS and extremism.

the fact of the whole matter is that,we all agree that the wold is facing challenges from war, diseases, economic and social. can we also boldly say that diseases, economic and social challenges are caused by religion?
these challenges of the wold are cause by humans living in this world. for this reason,I do not believe that loading the blame on certain groups of people is right.
religions have also given a lot of positive impacts to the world by teaching the importance of good moral values, giving hope to the hopeless strength to the weak and support for the needy in our societies.we need to understand that every thing one will consider negative also has a positive part. religion must not be totally blamed, except does who will condemn have got a new agenda to the world.
