Who will establish a factory and every week he is told there will be a new timetable for dumsor? How will the factory work? Atuabo thermal plant, we heard it will be completed and has never been completed. Guinness is importing water from Côte d'Ivoire how can that be? Meanwhile all your projects you make the noise of have all failed miserably. All the talks of promises not a single one has materialized.
