  This is a good step, to eradicate such vagabonds from KEEA. But the Chief must give much more vision path by creating training institutions to train such drop outs. Every human bean was born with skill. Ask them which kind of skills they are good at. You can get the best maisons or bricklayers, gardeners, painters, welders, and even potential traders. But unless the KEEA have the guts and vision to form them in a long or short term Training programmes or institutions for these people which will be beneficial for the people of KEEA in the future.
