Speech is erractic and lacks ingredients that foreign investors want to hear to boost their investment interests, such as the rule of law, because investors want to be sure that if things go wrong, the judicial system is competent to give them redress. Investors also want to know if the energy sector is up to speed and not erractic to support their investment programmes; they want to know the roads infrastructure and traffic systems so transportation for their goods and workers will not face disruption, what environmental law standards are in place, taxation system, etc.

Mahama also mentioned social programmes, post IMF, the organisation's philosophy is inconsistent with interventionist policies and Mahama should get this.

Folks'it seems Mahama don't learn from the past.He is back on the mistake that lead to gradient slope free fall of the cedi.President Mahama has repeat his stupidity that he dispray at Divos conference when he announce raising mining taxes and introduce local content in mining.Do you think white is very stupid to allow his economy collaspe because your want to stop importing their rice,suger,cooking oil and what have you.This very same stupidity Mahama exhibit at Divos reveal of his tax plan lead to the free fall of the cedi with no sign of stoping.President Mahama should stop behaving like an imbecile child thinking IMF bailout will solve our problem.If Italy,Portugal,Spain and Greece who are white could not get salvation from IMF bailout and struggle from bad to worse and want to tell whte man that you will stop importing his product to grow his economy and come to assist you then they may have think that you regard them as idiot and they will not let you prevail.
