Instead of Ghana setting up town/city halls where citizens may apply for passports, Driver Licenses, Birth Certs plus organize events, we are literally throwing millions of Dollars setting up National Identification Authority.

For your information, every city/town/village in Germany has its citizens hall - which also serves as the office of the mayor.

It is a shame for Ghana that we have ZERO planning for the future but live on interim measures and plans.

You may be misinformed JB.. "Town Halls" in the Americas is the same as "Community Centres" in other countries including Ghana.... Community Centres can be found in all larger Cities and towns in Ghana, except that many have been left in ruins due to lack of proper management especially maintenance. Sadly, those being used today appear to be used for occasional concerts or local magic shows.

What good news did the President had to tell Ghanaians abroad? Ghanaians abroad knows what is happening in Ghana more than even Ghanaians living in Ghana; so there was nothing new to tell them; except the untold hardships that he Mahama has brought to the people of Ghana. All what he said has been said over and over and oer again by the President, yet we are back to square one. Apart from giving Mahama the respect to meet him to listen to what he had to say, I think the whole meeting was just A WASTE OF TIME. Those who were there could have done some overtime at work to get extra money to help their people who are suffering in Ghana which has come as a result of the incompetence of this Mahama. Time will tell.

I heard athese people who prescribe these titles unto themselves are mostly cab drivers or no formal education so to boost their niche,they prescribe such titles unto themselves because it requires no academic qualifications.The low esteem and uneducated women also fall for them. I heard in Canada some of these chiefs have multi wivies.
