  A COUNTRY OF JOKERS INDEED. IN THE MIST OF UNEMPLOYMENT OF A LOT OF GRADUATES IN GHANA, THEY CANNOT FIND ANOTHER ABLE BODIES TO REPLACE THERE CORRUPT CUSTOM OFFICIALS. THE WHOLE GHANA IS CORRUPT.

  Are we saying that these 2 DCs have no assistants who are ACs who have worked as their assistants? Are those in the 2 DC's depts who are aspiring to take over from them not qualified enough to take over from them? If they aren't then the 2 DCs have failed the system by not training their subordinates. And what about those unemployed graduates who need jobs to do? This gov't just isn't getting it. It is very disappointing being a Ghanaian if you keep hearing all these nonesense. And the IGP too took the 2 years contract extension. Don't we have honest people in Ghana? Yes the head of customs was also jumped over his seniors because of his connections to the NDC. Nepotism. God save Ghana for those who will come after will have a hell of a mess to clear.

  There are these two facts that anybody wondering about this appointment should know. (1) The two retired officers are Known NDC supporters. (2) One of the officers started boasting to his fellow officers about this contract from about one year before his retirement this year. So you see? No wonder.
