About 15 American Governors have been jailed over the past 11 years for corruption, and that does not even include those who have confessed and refunded as Governor Christie has done.

Yet in Africa, the most underdeveloped, most backward continent in terms of accountability, refuses to change, and prefers to keep begging for subventions from those continents that believe in doing the right thing.
