    As much as reading is encouraged, so is a commitment from the Ghana Government to provide financial support to writers (authors) and publishing houses in Ghana and abroad.

    Schools under trees. Stop slaverying the children and send them to school. Let the children enjoyed like your children. Provide them with good education, and they will be informed. Not only your children.

    Talking through books, radio, TV and all forms of media is good form for giving/receiving information. That is the reason why President need not lambast Ghanians as "talking too much". Kudos to you.
