  As much as reading is encouraged, so is a commitment from the Ghana Government to provide financial support to writers (authors) and publishing houses in Ghana and abroad.
  
  I have published a children;s book in the USA but I am unable to market it in Ghana, at the moment.
  
  The government needs to provide avenues for lauching books in Ghana so our fututre leaders are encouraged to write and publish their own materialls.

  Talking through books, radio, TV and all forms of media is good form for giving/receiving information. That is the reason why President need not lambast Ghanians as "talking too much". Kudos to you.
