For instances,the last time we had runing water in Madina is more than ten years ago,electricity is like(God willing)you get it.So what are we paying the increment for?
It is only in Ghana that,citizens have to find a way of having their own utilities,yet pay to coperations like GWCL and Electricity Company which is providing less to nothing service to the comsumer.
