All they know is to increase tariffs what about improving the condition of service? PURC, don't honor the increase if they fail to meet customers expectation.

These are abound in East Legon where I live. I wonder if we still have security at all, is the CID non-existence? Imagine when at a time I reported to these things to the Police I was asked to lodge the complain with the very people stealing our water. I weep for Ghana.
