The Laws of the Land are not implemented to the benefit of the citizens by the government and all the security agencies and it is rather unfortunate that a country embarking on self-expression and hoping to be protected feel dejected and citizens have no other alternative(s) but to take such measures to protect themselves, especially, for their livelihood, safety and their environment now and for the future of their generation. How could the land, the heritage of the people be employed to the financial and economic benefits/interest of others whilst the owners of the land are not consented and do not benefit from the revenue derived form such activities. No considerations by the so called companies seeking to use the land to negotiate and provide e.g school, roads, health centres, good running water etc but rather they take the people for granted and just ignore them. Those government or individual representatives on the side of the investors more often than not are only interested in their percentage cut into their pockets! Galamsey mainly by the Chinese and of course by some of our own people has not benefitted the people. Instead it has brought about death, diseases, destruction of our environment and social fabric n our society. I would only adopt a business venture whereby the people and their leaders have been properly consulted and expectations are agreed upon within the contract. This action of the people of Akyem Tumfa is a shape of things to come. Consider what has been happening in the Niger Delta. Nobody should use the land of the people only to their own gain. Our leaders must sit up!!

Our chiefs and politicians in Ghana are bunch of waste and they always think of what they will eat today without considering the future, oh Blackman we are destroying all.our vergin forest today without thinking of future generation and the environmental impact and what amaze me is the same idiots will be given platform to preach us abut global warming does that make them fell they are smart or is it the way God want to expose the corrupt nature of our chiefs and their politicians. After living what I felt was a 'decent' life, my time on earth came to the end.

The first thing I remember is sitting on a bench in the waiting
room of what I thought to be a court house.

The doors opened and I was instructed to come in and have a seat by the defense table.

As I looked around I saw the 'prosecutor.'
He was a villainous looking gent who snarled as he stared at me.He definitely was the most evil person I have ever seen.

I sat down and looked to my left and there sat My Attorney,
a kind and gentle looking man whose appearance seemed
so familiar to me, I felt I knew Him.

The corner door flew open and there appeared the Judge in full flowing robes. He commanded an awesome presence as He moved across the room, I couldn't take my eyes off of Him.

As He took His seat behind the bench, He said, 'Let us begin.'

The prosecutor rose and said,
'My name is Satan and I am here to show you why this person
belongs in hell.'

He proceeded to tell of lies that I told, things that I stole, and in the past when I cheated others, Satan told of other horrible
Perversions that were once in my life and the more he spoke, the
further down in my seat I sank.

I was so embarrassed that I couldn't look at anyone, even my own Attorney, as the Devil told of sins that even I had completely forgotten about.

As upset as I was at Satan for telling all these things about me, I was equally upset at My Attorney who sat there silently not Offering any form of defense at all.

I know I had been guilty of those things, but I had done some good in my life - couldn't that at least equal out part of the harm I'd done?

Satan finished with a fury and said, 'This person belongs in hell,
is guilty of all that I have charged and there is not a person
who can prove otherwise.'

When it was His turn, My Attorney first asked if He might approach the bench.

The Judge allowed this over the strong objection of Satan,
and beckoned Him to come forward.

As He got up and started walking, I was able to see Him in
His full splendor and majesty.

I realized why He seemed so familiar; this was Jesus representing me, my Lord and my Savior.

He stopped at the bench and softly said to the Judge, 'Hi,
Dad,' and then He turned to address the court.

'Satan was correct in saying that this person has sinned, I won't deny any of these allegations.

And, yes, the wage of sin is death, and this person deserves to be
punished.

Jesus took a deep breath and turned to His Father with outstretched arms and proclaimed, 'However, I died on the cross so
that this person might have eternal life and has accepted Me as Savior, so this person is Mine.'

My Lord continued with, 'This person's name is written in the Book of Life, and no one can snatch this one from Me.

Satan still does not understand yet. This person is not to be given justice, but rather mercy.'

As Jesus sat down, He quietly paused, looked at His Father and said, 'There is nothing else that needs to be done.' 'I've done it all.'

The Judge lifted His mighty hand and slammed the gavel down.

The following words bellowed from His lips..

'This person is free.'

'The penalty has already been paid in full.'
'Case dismissed.'

As my Lord led me away, I could hear Satan ranting and raving,
'I won't give up, I will win the next one.'

I asked Jesus
as He gave me my instructions where to go next, 'Have you ever lost a case?'

Christ lovingly smiled and said,

'Everyone that has come to Me and asked Me to represent them has received the same verdict as you,
~Paid In Full~'

If you do not pass this along to 15 people immediately, your effort in sharing this could save a soul!!very long one of them was inciting Ghanaians for revolution and something under his own nose he can not see hypocrate. There is another day for all of us. Stand up Ghana wake up Ghana no one wi do it for us our destiny is in our hands don't give any foreigner a chance for those stinking illeagal mining in the country fool stop.

As a minister you should be ashamed to emphasized that the youth of the area a afraid because of their illegal mining activities. Even if it all about illegal mining, they are able to put food on a table for their families and farm as well. Did you as a minister consider how best the local people can partner and benefit from so called legal mining? The people of that community have the right to fight for what belongs to them and even if may be that a pint of blood drop, may that drop water the seed of their freedom from corrupt government and other people in top positions.
