  It is time to start peace enforcement in all African countries where there's war and unrest. so that soldiers can approach it with different mindset. peace keeping is not good enough at this time because the fact is that they (soldiers) cannot keep peace effectively but can enforce it with iron hands. my opinion. My condolences to the bereaved families
