I am an Ashanti a d a proud one indeed, let me state here and to others like u that such unguarded comments will not take this our beloved and beautiful anywhere. all Ghanaians must stand and say a big NO to this cancer which has torn this country into tribal groupings. We need to get back to the good old '60s when there was only a Ghanaian and nothing else. Let us make a conscious effort and eschew tribalism in all its forms especially in jobs, awarding of contracts etc. Ghana is for us all.

Regarding landlords, the best thing to be is a real estate investor. Tghe you have a management team to deal with the tenants and save yourself from that headache.
