Immediately the woman stepped aside, Ayariga took advantage of the situation and started awarding contracts at very exorbitant prices. In one of such contracts which involved the construction of a school buildings, he contacted the head of a missionary secondary school and head turned down the project for lack of space.Then, he quickly worked through the regional minister, Mark Woyongo, and imposed the building on the school at ten times the price and brought a contractor from his native Bawku to execute the project. Is this useless lawyer, who is also a university graduate, having any moral right to educate the youth about morality
