3. Alan will restructure the economy to tilt the import - export balance in our favor.

4. Alan will guarantee that we spend and live within our means - No fiscal misadventure here.

5. He will migrate all MDAs that still operate manually, as well as our weak institutions to digital databases across the 275/216 MMDAs.

6. Alan Kay will reduce the country's poverty rate by legislating two children per a couple, or pay a punitive amount of 100K or do a national/societal service equivalent to 100K.

You seem so lost and confused like you are not sure of what your job entails. Your "trial and error" type of governance doesn't bode well for our nation.

Corruption is at highest level in the history of the nation, yet you behave like everything is "honky dory".

Those even caught red handed with their hands in the cookie jar of corruption are still walking the streets free like saints and you are prophessizing that Ghana will be out of the woods with a little more hard work. It's never going to happen because the Ghanaian situation is
like filling a leaky bucket with fluid. As long as the leak doesn't get fixed, the bucket is never going to get filled or full.

Until corruption in high places of your government is completely eradicated, Ghana will still be spinning her wheels.

So develop some backbone and go after these corrupt officials in your government with a sledge hammer instead of handling them with kid's gloves and reshuffling them around.

Perhaps you are afraid of cutting your own throat if you take a very hard stand because you're are in league with these corrupt officials and like the old adage says, "birds of the same feathers,..........."

This is the old stupid message from the visionless leaders in Ghana and elsewhere in africa, telling the ignorant people to tighten their belts while the leader/leaders and their cronies' belts are loosen. Just look at the BMS (the body mass) of the greedy bastards in the government;- they are all bloated, a lot of them are obese and they are going to die before the ebola get them. Mister Mahama,- speaking at the general assembly is not a big deal. The african leaders at the assembly are look upon them by the whites as clowns and beggars. The whites do not take us serious because we are stupid, tribalistic and corrupt. African leaders kill their own people,- a case in point is South Sudan and Central African Republic. All these clowns and idiots are allowed to exhibit their backwardness in the general assembly. According to the UN charter, a country with 30% illiteracy cannot develop. Ghana illiteracy is over 75%- a lot of the people in the government are illiterates. Education is not learning to write and speak english. Bookish knowledge is superficial. We boast of so-called high education. It will be shameful to exult over this type of shallow education in an assembly of true scholars. Education is not merely the study of books. Education is meant to uphold human values in society and achieve the welfare of society. We have lawyers, doctors and people with respectable degrees in the government who have become thieves and greedy and will not let go this devilish behaviour which has brought untold misery to the people. This is crime against the people of this land.We will be out 'of the woods' if you and your cronies stop the thievery.
