  Why don't arrest the victims as well?
  Do you get admission to KNUST from Kasoa?

Secondly, this man is not operating alone. A little pressure exerted on him will unveil a a tall list of all accomplices in other campuses like Winneba, Cape Coast University not excluding the "Only University of Ghana, Legon."
