Commercial vehicles is what I don't understand. The Ghana Army has many vehicles why not use that? The government can also give the prison some impounded vehicles for their services.
There is nothing good more than the way you legally handle the Government affair in the consideration of general wish,keep it up and bless.
If superior officers of Ghana Prisons would stop enriching themselves with money meant for inmates welfare, then maintenance wouldn't be an issue.

The police mechanics intentionally removed the CAR engines and pretend as if the cars are condemned ....they parked the cars until the auction day...then they buy them cheap ...this is all that they do ...bot ...
